Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Torah Morah (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or download the App. Please note that in the App's Terms of Use, the creator of the App, Adam Bellows, is refered to as the "Creator."

Eligibility & Accounts

The App is intended for students and teachers learning or teaching Hebrew decoding and Torah cantillation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, educational use. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its underlying systems.

Classrooms & Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers who create classrooms are responsible for sharing join codes appropriately and for the students they invite. Teachers may view progress and frequently missed questions for students in their classroom, and may delete classrooms they have created at any time.

Content & Intellectual Property

All lessons, audio recordings, text, graphics, layout, the App logo, and other materials provided within the App are the property of Torah Morah and the Creator and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express permission from the Creator.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purposes.
  • Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation with a classroom.
  • Interfere with the App's normal operation or security including interfering with the Torah Morah API.
  • Upload or transmit harmful code or content with intent to distrupt the server.
  • Copy, distribute, or create derivative works including any part of the App which is protected under copyright. (See 05 for details)

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torah Morah and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page along with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
